How can I change my order? You can change or update your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. Email us at email@example.com with your order number, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
Where do we ship to? We currently ship to European countries only. If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out to us! (firstname.lastname@example.org)
How long will it take for my order to arrive? For information on shipping costs and times, please have a look at our Shipping and Returns page.
How does PICKUP work? You can choose local pick up during the checkout process. Pick up is possible from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm at our studio in Budapest. Please confirm your pick up time beforehand via email: email@example.com.

Is PICKUP free? Yes!
Will I be charged customs and taxes? Taxes are already included in the product prices you see on our website. Within the European Union, you will not be charged for customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy? You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you. Do not return the package without giving prior notice via email. To return an item, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, tell us your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the quick process. For more information visit our Shipping and Returns page.
What do I do if the product arrives damaged? We closely inspect every item before it gets sent out to you, but mistakes can happen during production and inspection. If your product is damaged, please contact email@example.com and attach a picture of the damaged product.
Are returns free? Return costs will have to be paid by the customer. For more information, please carefully read our return policy.
How should the products be returned? Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. Feel free to re-use our plastic-free packaging to ship your return package.
Can I try on the products? Of course you can try on your products, but please keep in mind that if there are remnants of makeup, deodorant, perfume or the products are damaged/stained in any other way, we cannot accept the return.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal, cash on delivery (only in Hungary) and BEBI gift cards. To make an online payment with a gift card, enter the unique code sent to you by e-mail at checkout to subtract the gift card value from your order total.
I have a discount code. How do I use it? Enter the discount code sent to you by e-mail at checkout.
Can I use multiple discounts on one order? Unfortunately it is not possible to combine discount codes.
How should I wash my BEBI garments? Please wash all BEBI garments turned inside out at a low temperature (max. 30°C) and do not tumble dry. Wash with similar colors and if you feel extra nice use eco-friendly laundry detergent.
