SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship all orders in plastic-free packaging. All orders are shipped from our Studio in Budapest using GLS. All orders can be tracked. 

Your order should take 2-5 business days from dispatch to arrive.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

 

Distribution

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and will generally leave the stock location within 2 business days. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday will be processed the next business day. We will always try our best to accommodate any special inquiries, feel free to contact us with any specific dispatch/delivery needs prior to placing your order. 

 

Incorrect address / redeliver terms

Once dispatched, addresses cannot be changed. You will be required to pay for your item to be redirected or redelivered, we cannot cancel or refund the shipment.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for items which have been marked as delivered but have not been received, or if you have not received a delivery attempt notification. 

 

Taxes & duties

All applicable taxes are included in the price, however, custom fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries. We do not charge any duties or taxes on international orders.

We are prohibited by law from marking an order as a ‘gift' on customs declaration forms, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information you might want to call your local customs office.

 

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to RETURN an order please email us at sales@bebiloungewear.com within your 14 day withdrawal period.

If you wish to EXCHANGE an order please email us at sales@bebiloungewear.com within your 14 day withdrawal period. If an exchange is not possible you will be issued a full refund after we receive your order.

Please include a label with the order number either on or in the package.

We do not cover any return postage costs. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is both prepaid and insured.
